ANALISIS FAKTOR TERJADINYA FRAUD PENGADAAN BARANG/JASA DESA DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT

Abstrak

Building a clean government, or good government, is the goal of the current administration. A government free from corruption, collusion and nepotism is an example of a clean government. The village government is an example of the lowest level of government. To avoid KKN, regulations or laws and regulations must be implemented to close every possible space for KKN to occur. Procurement of goods and services is considered a vulnerable area for corruption. Therefore, the author decided to conduct a study with the title analysis of fraud factors in the procurement of goods and services in the village. The problems of this research include the quality of procurement officials, ethics and ethics of procurement officials, income of procurement officials, procurement systems and procedures, and the environment in which procurement officials are located. The purpose of this investigation is to find solutions to these five problems. Causal research emphasizes cause-and-effect relationships with a quantitative approach. The purposive sampling method was used in this study. The activity management team from each village in West Lombok was asked to answer a questionnaire. The results show that the quality of procurement officials and procurement environment affect procurement fraud, but negatively. Procurement ethics, income, procurement systems and procedures are not affected.
